Beta feedback form

If you send feedback we receive the features you tried, the type of feedback, your message, your Android device model and, only if you enter it, your email. We store it in a private Google Sheet and use it only to fix and improve SwasthIQ. Please do not put personal medical details in your message. To have your feedback deleted, send new feedback from the same email address asking for deletion.
